Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility & Condition

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: uninstalled, unused, and in its original packaging (including pallets and internal bracing where applicable). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

  • Return Authorization: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Shipping Address: Once approved, returns should be sent to: 700 S Cedar Ave, Marshfield, WI 54449

Return Shipping & Restocking Fees

  • Shipping Costs: For all "change of mind" or non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for all return shipping arrangements and costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your final refund to cover inspection and processing.
  • Insurance Recommendation: Because large enclosures are high-value and easily damaged in transit, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot issue a refund for items that arrive damaged.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception (noting any damage on the Bill of Lading for freight items) and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, specifically custom products (such as special orders, custom-punched enclosures, or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (minus the 15% restocking fee) within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

European Union 14-day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
